About Me

With over seven years’ experience of working in various settings, including hospice and bereavement work, Women's Aid, and private practice, I have a deep interest in psychotherapy as an effective means of helping us to face the challenges that sometimes arise in life. I feel privileged to join my clients for a part of their journey through life, and it is very rewarding to help them uncover the support that enables them to make the changes they wish for.
My clients generally tell me I'm warm and empathic, a good listener, and that I help them to stay with uncomfortable emotions that arise when working on challenging issues. There is very little that shocks me, and my intention is to create an environment where you can express yourself and know that you will be heard and not judged.
